All production and shipping times are in business days and do not include weekends or holidays.
Production time: The time required for your order to go through the printing process; this estimate is SEPARATE from the chosen SHIPPING TIME.
Shipping time: calculated during the checkout process and should be added to the production time for the most accurate estimate of delivery.
*NOTE: Any order received after 3:00 pm CST (on a given business day) or during the weekend is considered to have arrived on the following business day.
My order was damaged
during shipping 🙁
It’s a bummer when this goes down but all is not lost! We are happy to do everything in our power to bring shipping matters into harmony with you and the postal system to correct orders; however, we assume no responsibility for items damaged in transit.
Be sure to treat your new deck like a baby that just landed on earth because we are not liable for any items damaged during the opening of your package.
We are not responsible for damages due to accidents or negligence, although we are aware that things do happen; so, if some freak accident occurs with the postal carrier, please contact admin within 24 hours of package arrival at email@example.com or call/text 707.633.9099 to file a damage claim.
Be sure to snap some clear photos of the package and item(s). Take a moment to file a damage claim with your mail carrier and depending on the circumstances, we will do our best to make it a win/win situation for all.

What if I need to return something?
On a very rare occasion, and we mean rare, you may want to return something and that is cool with us, just make sure that your return falls under the following guidelines:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of receipt.
Must be sent back unopened, in the original packaging, without any missing parts, and in condition to be resold.
Step 1: email email@example.com for a return authorization and address.
Step 2: After we have received and inspected merchandise, we will send an email confirmation to communicate whether or not the return has been approved.
Step 3: If approved, please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipments are your responsibility

Lost or Stolen Shipments
Dream Awake Tarot is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have certain shipping needs based on where you are having the package delivered to, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you place your order, that way all accommodations you need to ensure safe delivery of your item(s) are met.
Exchanges or Replacements
Dream Awake Tarot only replaces or exchanges items that are considered defective or damaged on arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, start with sending an email to email@example.com
Replacements will not be sent until you’ve filed a claim with your post office/mail provider.
Image or Other Intellectual Property Use

Can I put images of the cards on my website?
Again, Fuck yes! Please honor this simple request though. Provide loving attribution. You can do this by providing the name of the deck in use along with a link to www.dreamawaketarot.faith in clear reference to any photos where the cards appear on your website—you are absolutely welcome to share images of the cards on your website.
If the cards appear throughout your site (in a website banner or site background, for example), you may place credit for the card images and link to www.dreamawaketarot.faith in your website footer (i.e., “Card images courtesy of Dream Awake Tarot“) or as a caption.
Can I use the images on the cards for other purposes?
